8.1 BAS Upgrade and System Optimization - Daikin

8.2 Burleson Engagement Letter

Approve the engagement letter with Burleson Law Offices for legal services as attached.


8.3 Truancy Officer Contract

Approve the contract with Steve Helbert for Attendance Services as attached.


8.4 North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative

Approve the contract as attached with NCOCC for the Assistant Technology Corrdinator for the 2016-2017 school year.


8.5 Professional Photographers

Approve one year agreements with the following professional photographers to provide exclusive services as presented and based on specific package pricing. Each professional photography company will donate a percent of sales to the district:

Photorama - to provide individual and team photos for high school extra-curricular activities

Unique Images - to provide individual and team photos for middle school extra-curricular activities

Anatra Graphic Art, Inc. - to provide exclusive services as presented and based on specific packaging pricing.


8.6 ProCare Therapy, Inc.

Approve a contract with ProCare Therapy, Inc. as attached.


9. DONATIONS

Accept the following donations from the Boosters Club:

$5,000.00 for Football, Baseball, and Softball Field Maintenance

$2,500.00 for Track, Baseball, and Wrestling uniforms

$2,500.00 for Football uniforms

$3,000.00 for the new All-Ohio Boards

Accept a $3,000.00 donation from the Galion Alumni Association for the new All-Ohio Boards

14. CHANGE AUGUST REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Change the Regular Board Meeting at the Middle School from August 18, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. to August 25, 2016 at 6:30 p.m.
