Due to limitations of the software used to record minutes of this meeting, all items voted by Mr. Garverick  from item 1.3 through and including item 13.0 will show Mr. Garverick as President and Mr. Mateer as Vice President, however, after the Organizational Meeting, immediately preceding this meeting,  Mr. Mateer was elected as President and Mr. Garverick was elected as Vice President.

10. TITLE I - ANNUAL NOTICE

The Galion City School District Board of Education enhances the educational program for educationally disadvantaged students with the use of federal funding. Title I funding ensures that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on Ohio's challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments. A complete copy of Galion's Title I Services Policy 2261, Parents Participation in Title Programs Policy 2261.01, and Parent's Right to Know Policy 2261.02 are attached below:
