    4. DONATIONS

    4.1 City of Galion - Freese Foundation

    Recommend to accept a $75,000 donation from the City of Galion Freese Foundation for the express purpose of replacing football field light fixtures at Unckrich Stadium, Heise Park.


    4.2 City of Galion Health Department Cares Act Grant

    Recommend to accept a $53,500 donation from the City of Galion Health Department for the express purpose of compliance with contact tracing requirements as a result of the global pandemic.

    10. TITLE I - ANNUAL NOTICE

    The Galion City School District Board of Education enhances the educational program for educationally disadvantaged students with the use of federal funding. Title I funding ensures that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on Ohio's challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments. A complete copy of Galion's Title I Services Policy 2261, Parents Participation in Title Programs Policy 2261.01, and Parent's Right to Know Policy 2261.02 are attached below:


    11. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD MEET

    Recommend to grant permission for Indoor Track Athletes to compete at the state championships held at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, OH, date to be determined.


    12. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
