    6. REVISED 2020-2021 GALION CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT REOPENING PLAN

    Recommend to approve the REVISED Galion City Schools Reopening Plan, including the addition of extended definition of Level 3, building start and end times and information on dress code, as attached;


    7. 2020-2021 GALION CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT REMOTE LEARNING PLAN

    Recommend to the approve the Remote Learning Plan for the 2020-2021 school year:


    8. 2020-2021 SCHOOL BUS ROUTES/STOPS

    Recommend to approve the school bus routes/stops for the 2020-2021 school year and to authorize the Superintendent to make "as needed" revisions throughout the school year.

     


    9. CLASSIFIED PARTIAL REDUCTION IN FORCE

    Recommend to implement a partial Reduction in Force pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.172 and Article 4, Layoff and Recall, of Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Galion City Schools Board of Education and OAPSE and its Local #370 (2019-2022) in the amount of 3 hours of the vacated position of cook.


    10. AGREEMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS

    10.1 Resolution to Accept an Offer for School Owned Property at 828 Edwards St, Galion, OH

    10.3 Mid-Ohio ESC Special Services for Non-Public School

    Recommend to approve the agreement between the Galion City School District and Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, effective August 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, for the purpose of providing Special Services for Galion St. Joseph School, as attached:


    10.4 Mid-Ohio ESC - Professional Development for Non-Public School

    Recommend to approve the agreement between the Galion City School District and Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, effective August 14, 2020 through January 15, 2021, for the purpose of providing Professional Development services for Galion St. Joseph School, as attached:


    10.5 2020-2021 Memorandum of Understanding - Ohio Heartland CAC Head Start

    Recommend to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Galion City School District, Crawford County Schools and Crawford County Agencies with the Ohio Heartland Community Action Head Start, effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, as attached:


    10.6 Center for Autism and Dyslexia of Bucyrus (Catapult)

    Recommend to approve tuition agreements between the Galion City School District and The Center for Autism & Dyslexia (Catapult), for the purpose of providing specialized services to students in need, effective for the 2020-2021 school year.


    10.7 Maxim Healthcare Services Agreement

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City Schools Board of Education and Maxim Healthcare Services for the purpose of providing health services staff to the district per the terms and conditions of the contract, as attached:


    10.8 ADDENDUM ITEM - Galion City Health Department - Nursing Services Agreement

    Recommend to approve a revised agreement between the Galion City Board of Education and the Galion City Health Department, for the purpose of administering nursing services for the 2020-2021 school year.  The revised agreement includes the addition of services provided by and compensation for a Licensed Practical nurse (LPN), as attached:

    Recommend to approve the resolution to waive readings in order to adopt policy language addressing recently released Title IX regulations and OTES 2.0 policy implementation, as attached:
