    Recommend to amend resolution 01092017-1.5, adjusting regular meeting dates of the Board of Education to the 3rd Tuesday of every month beginning April 2017, for the remainder of the 2017 calendar year as follows:

    4.6 2017 Special Meeting Dates Change

    Recommend to amend resolution 01092017-1.9, adjusting work session dates of the Board of Education, beginning April 2017, for the remainder of the 2016-2017 calendar year as follows:

    4.7 2017-2018 Open-Enrollment

    Recommend to approve participation in open-enrollment with school districts throughout the State of Ohio for the 2017-2018 school year.


    4.8 Galion City Schools- Mission Statement

    Recommend to adopt the Galion City Schools Mission Statement.

    Recommend to approve a maternity leave of absence to Casey Weaver, Educational Assistant, from April 10, 2017 through May 31, 2017 per the terms and conditions of Local #370 OAPSE Bargaining Agreement.

    Recommend to approve Deb Ernst as a substitute cook for the remainder of the 2016-2017 school year.

    6. AGREEMENTS

    6.1 Apple Master Lease Agreement and Quote

    Recommend to approve the attached quote and lease purchase agreement from Apple Financial Services-Education Finance for the purpose of continuing the district's 1:1 Technology Program and implement a 4-Year Plan.


    6.2 Craig A. Miley Realty & Auction

    Recommend to approve an Exclusive Right to Sell or Exchange with Craig A. Miley Realty & Auction for the former high school site at 200 West Church Street for a six month period through September 2017.


    7. 2016-2017 AMENDED DISTRICT CALENDAR

    Approve the amended 2016-2017 District Calendar, as attached:


    8. MOU - OHIO ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES LOCAL #370

    Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ohio Association of Public Employees Local #370 regarding the Transportation Department and field trips. 


    9. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
