Approve the resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the budget commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county auditor for the fiscal year commencing on January 1, 2015.

Approve a contract with Earthworm Construction for snow and ice removal for the 2014-2015 school year as per the attached contract. This job was posted in the Galion Inquirer for proposals.

Approve recscission of contract for the proposed sale and purchase of property located at 200 West Church Street Galion, Ohio.
