    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:

    Accept the resignation of John Williams, High School Science Teacher, effective November 17, 2014.

    Accept the retirement resignation of Joyce M. Atwood, High School Secretary I, effective December 31, 2014.

    Accept the retirement resignation of Linda G. Hiatt, Bus Driver, effective December 1, 2014.

    Approve the employment of Stacy Kuehlman as an Educational Assistant for the Intermediate School, effective November 3, 2014. Salary to be based upon the Educational Assistant Payscale for the 2014-2015 school year.

    4.6 Race to the Top Technology Coach

    Approve the following staff as Race to the Top Technology Integration Coaches to be paid a $2,000.00 stipend from the Race to the Top Grant fund:

    4.7 Resident Educator Mentor

    Approve Heidi Rietschlin as Resident Educator Mentor for the 2014-2015 school year, to be paid $600.00 per the negotiated agreement.


    4.8 ADDENDUM ITEM: High School Intervention

    Approve the High School Intervention Program that will be conducted after school and provide content area assistance to students.


    5. AGREEMENTS

    5.1 Lima City School District

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending Lima City School District through court placement for the 2014-2015 school year.


    5.2 Snow Removal Contract

    Approve a contract with Earthworm Construction for snow and ice removal for the 2014-2015 school year as per the attached contract. This job was posted in the Galion Inquirer for proposals.


    5.3 Rescission of Contract

    Approve recscission of contract for the proposed sale and purchase of property located at 200 West Church Street Galion, Ohio.  


    6. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    Enter Executive Session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee.
