    Recommend to approve the following personnel as Home Instruction Tutors for the 2018-2019 school year at the rate of $20.00 per hour, per the GEA Negotiated Agreement:

    6.2 Athletic Extra-Duty

    Recommend to approve the following Athletic Extra-Duty Assignment for the 2018-2019 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    7. 2019-2020 GALION HIGH SCHOOL COURSE OFFERING GUIDE

    Recommend to approve the 2019-2020 Galion High School Course Offerings Guide, as attached:


    8. 2019-2020 OPEN ENROLLMENT

    Recommend to approve participation in open enrollment with school districts throughout the State of Ohio for the 2019-2020 school year.


    9. MIDDLE SCHOOL TRIPS

    Recommend to approve the following Middle School trips for the 2018-2019 school year:

    • May 17, 2019 - 8th Grade Cedar Point Trip
    • May 20 - 22, 2019 - 8th Grade Washington D.C. Trip
    • May 20 - 22, 2019 - 6th Grade Mohican Outdoor School

     


    10. NORTH CENTRAL OHIO COMPUTER COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS

    Recommend to approve the agreements between the Galion City School District and NCOCC, beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, as attached:


    11. RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MID-OHIO EDUCATION SERVICE CENTER

    12. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
