    Recommend approval for the Treasurer to transfer funds as necessary from the General Fund to including but not limited to ; Energy Conservation Improvement Bonds, Food Service,Federal Grant Funds - Title 1, IDEA Part B, Improving Teacher Quality, Rural and Low Income, to successfully close the books and records of the District for Fiscal Year 2018, with full reporting and disclosure of Fiscal Year End 2018 closing transfers at the regularly scheduled Board of Education Meeting in July, 2018.


    5. DONATIONS

    5.1 Crawford County Partnership for Education and Economic Development Donation

    Recommend to accept a donation in the amount $4,153.22 from Crawford County Partnership for Education and Economic Development for Leader In Me, Mentor Program and Junior Day. 


    5.2 VFW Post 4329 Galion, Ohio Donation

    Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $400.00 from VFW Post #4329 in Galion for Memorial Day Activities: Galion High School Band and Galion High School Show Tunes.


    5.3 Kiwanis Donation

    Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $500.00 from the Galion Kiwanis for the Annual Spring Track Meet.


    5.4 The Community Foundation for Crawford County

    Recommend to accept donation of $1,390.00 from the Crawford County Community Foundation for field trips; Galion Primary to Little Buckeye Museum and Mr. Stepro's class to Ohio Historical Society.


    5.5 Galion Booster Club Donation

    Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $5,000.00 from the Galion Booster Club for athletic field maintenance for the District.

    7.1 Certified

    Recommend to approve the issuance of a Certified continuing contract to Matthew Tyrrell, per the terms and conditions of the GEA Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve the employment of Christian Tucker Nuetzel as Intermediate School Intervention Specialist, effective with the 2018-2019 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2018-2019 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve the employment of Mikayla M. Hackett as High School Intervention Specialist, effective with the 2018-2019 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2018-2019 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve the employment of Anisa L. Warr as High School Social Studies Teacher, effective with the 2018-2019 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2018-2019 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve the employment of Jenna I. Bollinger as High School Spanish Teacher, effective with the 2018-2019 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2018-2019 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.


    7.2 Certified Extra-Duty

    Recommend to approve the following teachers as Resident Educator Mentors for the 2018-2019 school year, to be paid $600.00, per the GEA Negotiated Agreement:

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City School District and Steve Helbert, for the purpose of providing attendance services to the District, effective for the 2018-2019 school year, as attached:

    Recommend to approve a natural gas agreement between the Galion City Schools and Snyder Brothers Energy Marketing, LLC, effective August 2019 through July 2021, as attached:


    8.5 SPARC Council Services Agreement

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City School District and SPARC Council Services, for the purpose of providing career coach services, effective August 1, 2018 through june 30, 2019, as attached:


    8.6 North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative Agreements

    Recommend to approve the agreements between the Galion City School District and NCOCC, beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, as attached:


    8.7 Galion Health Department- Nursing Services Agreement

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City Board of Education and the Galion City Health Department, for the purpose of administering nursing services, as attached:


    8.8 Pro Care Therapy - Cancellation of Services

    Recommend the contract cancellation of Social Worker contracted services with ProCare Therapy, effective May 31, 2018.  


    8.9 Step By Step Learning Agreement 2018-2019

    Recommend to approve the agreements between the Galion City School District and Step by Step Learning, LLC, effective for the 2018-2019 school year, as attached:


    8.10 Addendum- 2018-2019 LEAP Program Agreement

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City School District and River Education Services, LLC (LEAP), for the purpose of providing day treatment services to students in need, effective for the 2018-2019 school year, as attached:


    9. TIFFIN CROSS COUNTRY CAMP-SUMMER 2018
