    Accept the Five Year Forecast and assumptions as presented for submission to the Ohio Department of Education.

    8.1 Rock Solid Media, LLC

    Approve a 12 month contract with Rock Solid Media, LLC as attached.


    8.2 SPARC Council Career Coach Services

    Approve a 1-year contract with SPARC Council Career Coach Services as attached.


    8.3 Iberia/Earthworm Contract

    Approve the contract with Iberia/Earthworm for snow removal services as attached.


    8.4 Wooster City School District

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending Wooster City School District through court placement.


    8.5 Cardington Lincoln Local School District

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending Cardington Lincoln Local School District through open enrollment.


    8.6 McComb Local School District

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending McComb Local School District through court placement.


    8.7 Willard City School District

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending Willard City School District through open enrollment.


    9. DONATION

    9.1 Galion Alumni Association

    Accept a $1,000.00 donation from the Galion Alumni Association for the Campus Wear Fund.


    10. MIDDLE SCHOOL DC TRIP

    Approve a Middle school trip to DC as per attachment.


    11. MOU - GALION EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

    Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Galion Educational Association regarding Insurance Rates as attached.

    Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ohio Association of Public Employees Local #370 regarding Insurance Rates as attached.


    13. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS & RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION & AUTHORIZING THE NECESSARY TAX RATES AND CERTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR

    WHEREAS the Budget Commission of Crawford County, Ohio, has received the necessary tax information from all political subdivisions for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1, 2016; and

    WHEREAS the Budget Commission of Crawford County, Ohio, has received from each entity the necessary information to establish said rates and

    WHEREAS the Budget Commission of Crawford County, Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this political subdivision together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this political subdivision and what part thereof is without, and what part within, the ten mill limitation; therefore be it

    RESOLVED by Galion City School District that the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted; and be it further

    RESOLVED that there be and is hereby levied on the tax duplicate of said County the rate if each tax necessary to be levied within and without the ten mill limitation as indicated above, and be it further

    RESOLVED that Galion City School District approved said rates on October 15, 2015.


    14. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    _____ f. consider specialized details of security arrangements if the information could be used for criminal purposes.
