    4.1 * Certified

    Recommend to approve a change of placement on the pay scale for Hannah Douglas, Galion Intermediate School Teacher, from Bachelors + 24 to Masters, effective with the fourteenth pay of the current calendar year, per Article X of the Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve a change of placement on the pay scale for Ted Maglio, Galion High School Teacher from Masters + 15 to Masters + 30, effective with the fourteenth pay of the current calendar year, per Article X of the Negotiated Agreement.

    Recommend to approve a change of placement on the pay scale for Margaret Carr, Galion High School Teacher from Masters to Masters + 15, effective with the fourteenth pay of the current calendar year, per Article X of the Negotiated Agreement.


    4.2 * Additional Compensation for Certified Staff

    Recommend to approve compensation in the amount of $20 per hour, for up to 50 hours, for work associated with Galion Online Academy for the following Certified Staff:

    4.3 * Classified

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Amber Albert, Part-time Bus Driver, effective end of day on February 5, 2021.

    Recommend to approve employment of the following Classified Substitute Personnel, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements as applicable to the position, for the 2021-2022 school year:

    • Amber Albert - Substitute Bus Driver
    • Katrina Sipes - Substitute Bus Driver

    4.4 * Certified Extra-Duty

    Recommend to approve the following Certified Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2020-2021 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    • Elizabeth Volz - 7th/8th Grade Track
    • Cindy Conner - 7th/8th Grade Track
    • Mike Schaffner - Volunteer Varsity Baseball

    5. * 2021-2022 OPEN ENROLLMENT

    Recommend to approve participation in open enrollment with school districts throughout the State of Ohio for the 2021-2022 school year.

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
