Records Commission members include  District Board President, Mike Mateer, District Superintendent, Jennifer Allerding, and District Treasurer, Charlene Parkinson

Meeting began at 5:45 PM will all records commission members present, Mr. Mateer, Mrs. Allerding and Mrs. Parkinson

2. Form RC-2 Schedule of Records Retention and Disposition

Recommend to approve the revisions shown on the attached Schedule RC-2 Schedule of Records Retention and Disposition.

Minutes

The revised RC-2 schedule was discussed. The modifications shown were approved. The Records Commission notes that the retention period of seventy five years on Items 202, 702, 703 and 704 are errors. The Records Commission recognizes that these errors need corrected, and will submit a corrected RC-2 schedule to the Ohio History Connection during the month of March, 2021.

In addition, the Records Commission requested further research on several of the scheduled items that have retention periods in excess of six years. Once the research is complete, the Records Commission will meet again to discuss and approve a revised RC-2 Schedule.
