The Galion City School District Board of Education accepts the proposal of Weithman Bros., Inc. General Contractors address, 409 Kroft Street, PO Box 606 Galion, Ohio 44833, as follows:
Base proposal - $1,720,300 plus Alternate # 2 - $3,100 (glazed panels for overhead doors) and the addition of a lift gate - $30,600 (originally included in Alternate 3). Included in the base proposal amount is a contingency allowance of $80,000. The Board of Education does not require Weithman Bros. to provide a Contract Bond. Estimated completion date - July, 2019
