    4.1 Capital Improvements Fund- Galion Elementary

    Recommend to approve the Treasurer establishing a new Fund, 007-9018 Capital Improvements Fund- Galion Elementary, for the purpose of receiving a $20,000.00 donation from the Galion Elementary PTO.


    4.2 Capital Improvements Fund Committee- Galion Elementary

    Recommend to approve establishing a committee, comprised of the Superintendent, Intermediate School Principal, Primary School Principal, and PTO Presdent and/or parent representative from Galion Primary and Galion Intermediate Schools for the purpose of approving future expenditures from the Capital Improvements Fund- Galion Elementary.


    4.3 Technical Adult Education Fund- High Schools That Work

    Recommend to approve the Treasurer establishing a new Fund, 461-9018 Career-Technical Adult Education (High Schools That Work).

     

     


    4.4 Advanced Careers SREB Fund- Global Logistics

    Recommend to approve the Treasurer establishing a new Fund, 524-9018 Advanced Careers SREB (Global Logistics).


    5. DONATIONS

    5.1 Galion Elementary PTO Donation

    Recommend to accept $20,000.00 from Galion Elementary PTO to be used for future Captial Improvements at the Galion Intermediate School and the Galion Elementary School.


    5.2 Soccer Bench Donation

    Recommend to accept the donation of 8 soccer benches from Jeran Pfeifer and Boy Scout Troop 304.

    7. AGREEMENTS

    7.1 2017-2018 Community Counseling Services, Inc. Agreement

    Recommend to approve the contract services agreement between the Galion City School District and Community Counseling Services, Inc., for the purpose of providing Licensed Counselor and Licensed Social Worker services to District students in need, effective for the 2017-2018 school year, as attached:


    8. SCHOOL BUS ROUTES/STOPS 2017-2018

    Recommend to approve the school bus routes/stops for the 2017-2018 school year and to authorize the Superintendent to make "as needed" revisions throughout the school year, as attached:

    Recommend to approve the following Certified Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2017-2018 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    Recommend to approve the employment of Helen Zealor, Bus Driver, effective with the 2017-2018 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the postion. Salary to be based upon the OAPSE Local #370 Bus Driver Salary Schedule for the 2017-2018 school year.

    Recommend to approve the employment of Stacey Harding, Primary Educational Assistant, effective with the 2017-2018 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the postion. Salary to be based upon the OAPSE Local #370 Educational Assistant Salary Schedule for the 2017-2018 school year.

    10. RESOLUTION- ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT ADDENDUMS

    Recommend to approve a resolution to authorize the issuance of written addendums to the Superintendent's current contract and to the Treasurer's current contract, respectively, with such contract addendums effective August 1, 2017, as attached:
