    7. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS - PERSONNEL

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:


    7.1 Administration Resignation

    Accept the retirement resignation of Cheryl D. Jason, Galion Intermediate School Student Support Services Specialist, effective July 31, 2016.


    7.2 Administration

    Award a two-year administrative contract to Jacob T. Grove, Assistant Galion High School Principal, effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018 with salary to be based on the Administrative Salary Range for the assigned position.


    7.3 Certified Resignation

    Accept the retirement resignation of Cara Yaussy, Galion Primary School Preschool Teacher, effective June 1, 2016


    7.4 Certified

    Approve the employment of Matthew J. Dick,  as the Galion High School In-school Detention/Credit Recovery Teacher, effective the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. Salary to be based upon the Teacher Salary Schedule for the 2016-2017 school year.


    7.5 Extra-Duty Resignation

    Accept the resignation of Nathan Cass as Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach effective immediately. Nathan will remain as Volunteer Coach.


    7.6 Extra-Duty Assignments

    Approve the following Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2015-2016 school year:

    High School Athletic:

    Bethanie Schaffner, Assistant Varsity Softball Coach (Correction - Not as Volunteer as approved January 14, 2016)

    Brittany Smith, Volunteer Softball Coach


    8. RESOLUTION - NON-RENEW SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACTS

    Approve the non-renewal of all employees holding supplemental contracts at the conclusion of the 2015-2016 school year.

    Approve the curriculum for the Community Service Flex Credit Course for the High School as attached.

    11.1 RC Therapy Services, Inc.

    Approve contract with RC Therapy Services, Inc. as attached.


    11.2 NOVA Contract

    Approve contract with NOVA as attached.


    12. BOARD BYLAWS AND POLICIES

    Approve the First Read of the Board Bylaws and Policies as attached.


    13. BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PRICES FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

    Approve the following Breakfast and Lunch prices for the 2016-2017 school year:

    High School lunch with milk - $2.75

    Middle School lunch with milk - $2.75

    Elementary School lunch with milk - $2.60

    Adult lunch with milk - $3.50


    14. Hessenauer Foundation - Donation

    Accept generous $10,000 and $5,040 donations from the Hessenauer Foundation for High School weight room epuipment 
     and High School Band Activities, respectively.

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
