    3. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS - PERSONNEL

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:


    3.1 Administration

    Approve the employment of Veronica L. Rinehart as District Technology Coordinator for Educational Programs and Professional Development, effective August 1, 2015. Salary to be based upon the Distirct Technology Coordinator pay scale for the 2015-2016 school year.


    3.2 Certified - Resignation

    Accept the resignation of Veronica L. Rinehart, 4th Grade Teacher at Galion Intermediate School, effective July 23, 2015.


    3.3 Certified

    Approve the employment of Dave Kirk as Galion High School Part Time English Teacher, effective the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year. Salary to be based upon the Teacher Salary Schedule for the 2015-2016 school year.

    Approve the employment of Paula D. Seng as Galion Intermediate School Intervention Specialist, effective the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year. Salary to be based upon the Teacher Salary Schedule for the 2015-2016 school year.

    Approve the employment of Kathryn Nutt as Galion Intermediate and Primary School Music Teacher, effective the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year. Salary to be based upon the Teacher Salary Schedule for the 2015-2016 school year.


    3.4 Classified - Resignation

    Accept the resignation of Kimberly Monnin, 2.5 hr Cook at the Galion Intermediate School, effective August 3, 2015.


    3.5 Extra-Duty Assignments

    Approve additional hours for Amy Johnson as Speech Therapist for 2015 Summer Speech Therapy Extended Services to be paid $20.00 per hour up to an additional 15 hours.

    Approve the attached quote from netRelevance LLC for access point cable installation.

    Review the policies and guidelines regarding in lieu of transportation arrangements for students attending Shelby Sacred Heart, Galion St. Joeseph, Discovery School, Seventh Day Adventist School, Mansfield St. Peter's, Mansfield Christian, Mansfield Senior High School and the Richland Foundation Academy. 


    5.4 Public Auction of Obsolete Equipment

    Approve a public auction of obsolete equipment and inventory using Craig Miley Auctioneers.


    5.5 Contract Services - Information Technology

    Discuss the possibility of using contract services (thinkCSC) to augment Disrtict staff resources in the highly techinical areas of information system techonology and systems engineering.


    5.6 Board Member Appointments - Audit and Policy Committee

    Appoint member(s) to the Audit and Policy Committee


    6. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
