Recommend to accept $1600 from the Galion Booster Club for a Volleyball Serving Machine.
Recommend to approve the Avita Health Care Work Well Program as the designated location for conducting the required Bus Driver physicals for the 2022-2023 school year.
Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City School District and River Education Services, LLC (LEAP), for the purpose of providing day treatment services to students in need, effective the 2022-2023 school year, as attached:
Recommend to approve an update of the the Galion City Schools GLPDC handbook for certified members of the Galion Education Association.
Recommend to close all Faculty Fund 007 (Special Revenue) and TRANSFER to Fund 022 ( Fiduciary/Custodial)
Recommend to approve student school fees and technology usage premiums for the 2022-2023 school year, as attached:
Recommend to approve a two-year administrative contract effective August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2024 with salary to be based on the assigned position, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position:

Recommend to transfer Sam Staton from Intermediate School (grades 3-5) Student Support Service Specialist to Middle School (grades 6-8) Assistant Principal for the 2022-2023 school year.
Recommend to transfer Brian Kinnard from Middle School (grades 6-8) Assistant Principal to Intermediate School (grades 3-5) Student Support Service Specialist for the 2022-2023 school year.
Recommend to accept the resignation of Ron Williams, Academic Support and Student Opportunities Specialist, effective July 31, 2022.
Recommend to approve the following Limited and Continuing Certified Contracts for the 2022-2023 school year:
Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Julie Murphy-Theodore, Middle School Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule at Step 10 for the 2022-2023 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.
Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Chance Robinette, Middle School Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or ore,requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule at Step 4 for the 2022-2023 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.
Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Mitchell Willeke, Elementary PE Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or ore,requirements applicable to the position. Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Taylor Smith, Intermediate School Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or ore,requirements applicable to the position. Recommend to approve a Retention Incentive for Classified Substitute Personnel in the amount of $100 for every 10 full days (80 hours) worked, to be paid out twice a year, to expire at the end of the 2022-2023 school year.
Recommend to approve a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Galion Education Association from August 15, 2022 through August 14, 2025.
Recommend to approve a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #370 from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.
Recommend to approve the attached list of Seniors for the 2021-2022 Galion City Schools Graduation, contingent upon successful completion of graduation requirements:
Recommend to approve the Wrestling team to attend the Central Freestyle/Greco Regional Qualifier May 20-22, 2022 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
