    Recommend to employ an Interim Superintendent for the Galion City School District, for period from July 15, 2020 through July 31, 2020.


    5. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS- PERSONNEL

    5.1 Administrative Assignments

    Recommend to approve a two-year administrative contract effective August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2022 to Matt Dick as High School Assistant Principal, effective August 1, 2020.  Salary to be based upon the Administrator/Unclassified Administrative Support Staff Salary Plan and contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.


    5.2 Certified

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Justin Mattix, High School English Teacher, effective at the end of the 2019-2020 contract year.

    Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Nicole Cotton, High School English Teacher, effective with the 2020-2021 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule at Step 0 for the 2020-2021 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.


    5.3 Certified Extra-Duty (Supplemental Contracts)

    Recommend to approve the following Certified Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2020-2021 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    7. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
