Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Heidi Anderson, High School French Teacher, effective with the 2019-2020 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2019-2020 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.
Recommend to accept the resignation of Becky Armrose, Primary Intervention Teacher, effective end of the 2018-2019 school year.
Recommend to accept the resignation of Elaine Lamp, 4 Hour Cook, effective end of the 2018-2019 school year.
Recommend to approve the employment of Scott Kintner, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the OAPSE Local #370 Custodian Salary Schedule for the 2019-2020 school year.
Recommend to approve a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Galion Education Association from August 15, 2019 through August 14, 2022, as attached:
Recommend to approve a three year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #370 from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, as attached:
Recommend to approve that compensation, benefit levels and insurance contribution rates for the Administrative Support Staff will be equivalent to those approved for the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #370 members from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021.
Recommend to approve an Exclusive Right to Sell or Exchange with Craig A. Miley Realty & Auction, for the former high school site at 200 West Church Street, effective June 4, 2019 through August 4, 2019, as attached:
Recommend to approve the First Read of the revised Board Bylaws and Policies, as attached:
