    4.1 Crawford County Partnership for Education and Economic Development Donation

    Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of  $35,250.00 from the Crawford County Partnership for Education and Economic Development. The donation is a partial reimbursement for the Leader In Me Program.

    6.1 Certified

    Recommend to approve a change of placement on the pay scale, per Negotiated Agreement, for Aleta Rowe, Galion Primary School Teacher, from Masters to Masters + 15, effective February 4, 2019.

    Recommend to approve the extension of the following Long Term Substitute Teacher Contract through February 28, 2019:

    6.2 Athletic Extra-Duty

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Todd Galownia, Varsity Assistant Softball Coach, effective January 14, 2019.

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Kevin Williams, Middle School Track Coach, effective February 11, 2019.

    Recommend to approve the following Athletic Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2019-2020 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    • Kevin Williams - Freshman Track
    • Elizabeth Volz - Middle School Track
    • Calli Bauer - Assistant Varsity Softball
    • Darin Bright - Volunteer Assistant Varsity Track
    • Colton Moore - Volunteer Assistant Varsity Track
    • Amy Keller - Volunteer Assistant Softball

    7. AGREEMENTS

    7.1 2019-2020 North Central State College CCP Agreement

    Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City School District and North Central State College, for the purpose of providing higher education opportunities to qualified learners within the District, effective for the 2019-2020 school year, as attached:
