Recommend to accept a grant donation in the amount of $500.00 from Wal Mart. The grant was written by Kim Pfleiderer and awarded for the Weekend Backpack Program.
Recommend to accept a grant donation in the amount of $5,000.00 from The Children's Hunger Alliance. The grant was written by Kim Pfleiderer and awarded for the Summer Feeding Program.
Recommend to accept a grant donation in the amount of $5,000 from Hessenauer Trust. The grant was written by Jessica Hammond and awarded for the Galion Music/Marching Band.
Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $500.00 from the Galion Kiwanis for the Annual Spring Track Meet.
Recommend to approve the first read of the 2017-2018 Galion City Schools- Athletic Code of Conduct, as attached:

Approve the resignation of Jeanne Kuns, Educational Assistant, effective with the end of the 2016-2017 school year.
Approve the employment of Jeanne Kuns as Secretary II at the Galion Elementary School, effective with the 2017-2018 school year. Salary to be based upon the OAPSE Local #370 Secretary II Salary Schedule for the 2017-2018 school year.
Approve the resignation of Guido Lane, 2nd Shift Custodian at Galion High School, effective June 25, 2017.
Approve the employment of Guido Lane as 1st Shift- Head Custodian at Galion High School, effective June 26, 2017. Salary to be based upon the OAPSE Local #370 Head Custodian Salary Schedule for the 2016-2017 school year.
Approve the employment of Kyle Mann as 2nd Shift Custodian at Galion Intermediate School, effective May 8th, 2017. Salary to be based on the OAPSE Local #370 Custodian Salary Schedule for the 2016-2017 school year.
Approve employment of the following Classified Substitutes, contingent upon state certification as applicable to position, effective with the 2016-2017 school year:

Recommend to appove a one-year agreement between the Galion Board of Education and NOVA, for the purpose of administering intructional services and materials related to virtual learning, as attached:
Recommend to approve a one-year agreement between the Galion City Board of Education and RC Therapy Services, Inc., for the purpose of administering physical therapy services and support to referred district students for the 2017-2018 school year, as attached:
Recommend to approve an agreement between the Galion City Board of Education and the Galion City Health Department, for the purpose of administering nursing services for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years, as attached:
Recommend to approve an agreement with ProCare Therapy, Inc. for the purpose of providing social work services to district students for the 2017-2018 school year, as attached:
Recommend to approve an agreement with Leanna Rentz- Occupational Therapist, for the purpose of providing occupational therapy services to district students for the 2017-2018 school year, as attached:
Recommend to approve a three-year contract with the Local Government Services Section of the Auditor of State to compile the Annual Financial Statements (GAAP Conversion) for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2017, 2018 and 2019 at an annual cost not expected to exceed $8,500, as attached:
Recommend to approve student school fees and technology usage premiums for the 2017-2018 school year, as attached:
Approve the attached list of Seniors for the 2016-2017 Galion City Schools Graduation, contingent upon successful completion of graduation requirements:
