Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM
Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $9,000.00 from the Arthur J. Freese Charitable Trust to the Galion Swim Program.
Recommend to accept donations totaling $2539.00 from the Ohio Civil Service Employee Association (OCSEA) for the purpose of providing financial assistance to students for Mohican Outdoor Camp (5 students) and the Washington D.C. Trip (6 students).
Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $500.00 from the Galion Booster Club for the purpose of providing financial assistance to students for the Washington D.C. trip (7 students).
Recommend to accept a donation in the amount of $250.00 from the Crawford County Partnership for Education and Economic Development for "Leadership Academy".

Recommend to approve the second reading of the Galion City Schools Board of Education Handbook.
Recommend to approve the proposed 2017-2018 Galion City Schools district calendar.
