Recognize Drake Barnett as the Mid Ohio Athletic Conference Red Division Football Player of the Year.
Recognize Taylor Valentine as the Mid Ohio Athletic Conference Red Division Volleyball Player of the Year. Also, recognize Taylor Valentine for earning 2nd Team All-Ohio Honors.

Accept the resignation of Sarah O'Brien, St. Joseph Auxiliary Service Program Clerk, effective May 29, 2015.
Approve the employment of Ron Smucker as Bus Driver, effective November 11, 2015. Salary to be based upon the Bus Driver Pay Scale for the 2015-2016 school year.

Approve Heather Eby as St. Joseph Auxiliary Service Program Clerk, effective November 23, 2015. Pay rate of $11.50 per hour to be paid from the Auxiliary Service Funds not to exceed 120 days.
Approve the Superintendent to change the Substitute Bus Driver pay rate to $13.50 per hour.
Accept the resignation of Kyle Parsons as Grade 8 Football Coach, effective July 18, 2015.

Approve an agreement with Step by Step Academy, Inc. for an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) trained aide, behavioral consultant, and therapy management for the remainder of the 2015-2016 school year as presented in the attached agreement.
Approve an agreement with Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. for nursing services as presented in the attached agreement.
Accept a donation of 192 Texas Instruments TI-30X solar calculators to all Grade 6 and new Grade 7 and 8 students at the Galion Middle School valued at $2,160.00.
Accept a permanent loan of a wheelchair from Independent Living Center of North Central Ohio and the Community Ourtreach Coordinator, Robyn McNulty.
Approve the First Read of the Board Bylaws and Policies as listed:
