    Recognize Jacob Bash for the Distinction of National Merit Scholarship Finalist.

    Recognize Addison Zeisler as a Commended Student in the National Merit Scholarship Process.


    2.3 Student Chosen for US Senate Youth Program

    Recognize Jacob Dretzka for being chosen for the US Senate Youth Program.


    2.4 2015 Governor's Art Exhibit for Regional and State

    Recognize the following Regional Winners of the 2015 Governor's Art Exhibit - Cherokee Deloach, Kennedy Gregg, and Addison Zeilser, with Art Teacher Linda Wilson. Regional Exhibit was held at the Mansfield Art Center.

    Recognize Clair Erlsten State Winner of the 2015 Governor's Art Exhibit with Art Teacher Linda Wilson. State Exhibit was held at Columbus Rhodes Center.


    2.5 2015 Swim Team

    Recognize the 2015 Boys Swim Team as Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference Champions - Lucas Conner, Samuel DeNero, Luke Eisnaugle, John Finch, Chad Karnes, Samuel Rigdon, Landon Rose, and Evan Zumbro.

    Recognition of individual awards for Boys Swim Team Members - Lucas Conner, Samuel DeNero, Luke Eisnaugle, John Finch, Chad Karnes, Samuel Rigdon, Landon Rose, and Evan Zumbro. 

    Recognize individual awards for Girls Swim Team Members - Molly Barker and Kennedy Gregg.

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:


    6.1 ADDENDUM - Administration - Resignation

    Accept the resignation of Robert T. Putnam effective at the end of the 2014-2015 school year. 


    6.2 ADDENDUM - Administration

    Approve Andrew M. Johnson III as an Administrative Substitute for the 2014-2015 school.


    6.3 Certified - Resignations

    Accept the retirement resignation of Paula D. Iler, Grade 7 Science Teacher at Galion Middle School, effective April 1, 2015.

    Accept the retirement resignation of Sheila M. Dyer, Intervention Specialist at Galion Middle School, effective June 6, 2015.

    Accept the retirement resignation of Nancy A. Green, Educational Assistant in Galion High School Library, effective at the end of 2014-2015 school year.

    7. FINANCIAL RECOMMENDATION

    7.1 Disbursement to the City of Galion

    Approve a disbursement of $25,000.00 from the Permanent Improvement Fund to the City of Galion for the upcoming Stadium Renovation Project.


    7.2 Return of Thomas J. McNew, Jr. Scholarship

    Approve the return of the Thomas J. McNew, Jr. Athletic Scholarship per attachment.


    8. ADDENDUM - AGREEMENT

    Approve a contract for Pupils with Disabilities that are Galion resident students attending Bucyrus City School District through open enrollment.


    9. CURRICULUM

    9.1 Middle School Science

    Approve a Second Reading of new Middle School Science Grades 6 - 8 textbooks & elicenses, Science Fusion, by Holt McDougal, 2015 ed.


    10. DONATIONS

    10.1 Donations in Memory of Marilyn Winckelman (Cindy Parrotts' Mother)

    Accept the donation of books made by Julia Thogmartin for the Galion Intermediate Library in the approximate value of $100.00.

    Accept the $125.00 donation made to the Galion City School District's Special Education Department.


    11. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
