Authorize Treasurer to dispose of 2000 Chevrolet Model GMT-400 C3599 OHIO TITLE # 25 05792964, Original purchase price of $16,950 on January 3, 2003, current book value of $0, for scrap value estimated at $800.
Recommend to accept the resignation of Hannah Smith, Intermediate School Teacher, effective August 12, 2022.
Recommend to accept the resignation of Claudia Riedy, High School Visual Arts Teacher, effective at the end of the 21-22 contract year.
Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year contract to Meghan Keller, Intermediate School Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule at Step 2 for the 2022-2023 school year, as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.
Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year contract to Haylie Bowlby, Secondary Art Teacher, effective with the 2022-2023 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule at Step 0 for the 2022-2023 school year, as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.
An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:

_____ g. consider details of security arrangements and emergency response protocols where disclosure might reveal information that could reasonably be expected to jeopardize the District's security;
_____ h. consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance or negotiations with other politics subdivisions regarding requests for economic development assistance (provided statutory conditions are met).
