    6. * SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS- PERSONNEL

    6.1 * Certified Extra-Duty

    Recommend to approve the following Certified Employees for Summer 2021 Kindergarten Boot Camp Teachers, to be paid $110 per day for 10 days, up to a maximum of 12 days if needed for planning purposes.

    • Lindy Edgell (week of July 19-23 and week of August 2-6)
    • Madison Skinner (week of July 19-23 and week of August 2-6)
    • Suzanne Woodmansee (week of July 19-23)
    • Lindsay Gribble (week of August 2-6)

    Recommend to approve the following Certified Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2021-2022 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    Recommend to approve the following Classified Employees for Summer 2021 Kindergarten Boot Camp Aides, to be paid per the salary schedule as adopted by the OAPSE #370 Negotiated Agreement:

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Angela Oney, Cook, effective the end of the 20-21 contract year.

    Recommend to accept the resignation of Brad Bowron as Varsity Boys Assistant Soccer.

    Recommend to approve the following Athletic Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2021-2022 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    8. * RESOLUTIONS

    8.1 * Resolution to Adopt a Calamity Day Alternative Make-Up Plan

    Recommend to approve a resolution to adopt a calamity day alternative make-up plan for the 2021-2022 School Year, as attached:


    8.2 * Resolution to Approve the Sale/Disposal of Old Text Books

    Recommend to approve the sale of old textbooks to third party vendors, and to authorize the disposal of textbooks not in use and not eligible for buy back, upon written listing of disposal items submitted to the Treasurer.


    9. * AGREEMENTS

    9.1 * Educational Service Center of Central Ohio

    Recommend to approve the agreement between Galion City School District and Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, effective from June 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022 for the purpose of providing Professional Development services, as attached:

    Recommend to approve the current Board Policy 2413, regarding Career Advising, as attached:
