Recommend to approve a motion to re-employ Charlene Parkinson as Treasurer of the Galion City School District upon expiration of current contract (July 31, 2020) for a term of 3 years on terms to be presented to the Board for official approval.
An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:

_____ e. consider matters required by federal laws, or rules, or state statutes to be kept confidential;
_____ f. consider specialized details of security arrangements if the information could be used for criminal purposes.
