    5. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS- PERSONNEL
    Mr. James Grubbs, Superintendent

    5.1 Administrative

    Recommend to approve the employment of Lorie Pennington, Food Service Manager, effective August 1, 2019, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position. Salary to be based upon the Administrator/Unclassified Administrative Support Staff Salary Schedule for the 2019-2020 school year.


    5.2 Certified

    Recommend to approve the employment and issuance of a one-year teaching contract to Justin Mattix, High School English Teacher, effective with the 2019-2020 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Salary to be based upon the Teacher's salary schedule for the 2019-2020 school year as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement.


    5.3 Athletic Extra-Duty

    Recommend to approve the following Athletic Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2019-2020 school year, contingent upon state certification and/or requirements applicable to the position.  Compensation to be based upon the Extra-Duty Pay Schedule as defined in the GEA Negotiated Agreement, if applicable:

    6. AGREEMENTS

    6.1 Center for Autism and Dyslexia of Bucyrus (Catapult)

    Recommend to approve the attached tuition agreements between the Galion City School District and The Center for Autism & Dyslexia (Catapult), for the purpose of providing specialized services to students in need, effective for the 2019-2020 school year, as attached:


    6.2 Mid-Ohio ESC Services Agreement FY20

    Recommend to approve the agreement between the Galion City School District and Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, effective for the 2019-2020 school year, as attached:


    7. RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A CALAMITY DAY ALTERNATIVE MAKE-UP PLAN
