    1.1 Roll Call

    Meeting began at 6:30 pm. Roll Call - Present; Mr. Owens, Mr. Long, Mrs. Kuns - Absent Mr. Zeisler. Mr. Carson.

    Adopt agenda as revised by moving work session topics to the end of the meeting.

    3. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS - PERSONNEL

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:


    3.1 Certified

    Approve the employment of Terri D. Keckler as Intervention Specialist at Galion Middle School, effective October 1, 2015. Salary to be based upon the Teacher pay scale for the 2015-2016 school year.


    4. AGREEMENT

    5. Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #370

    Review the pending one year Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local #370 from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

    6.3 Other Work Session Topics

    Discussion regarding:

    Attendance Policy, Spirit Day Fridays, Water Bottles, District Web-Site, Student Representatives to the Board of Education

    Hesby Property and corresponsing requests, Stadium renovations and timelines.

     


    7. EXECUTIVE SESSION

    An executive session is requested for one or more of the following matters to:
