    3. ADDENDUM ITEM - SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS - PERSONNEL

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:

    3.1 Certified

    Approve the employment of Katherine A. Alt as substitute teacher for the 2014-2015 school year.

    3.2 Classified

    Approve Seth A. Broderdorp as Night Custodian at the Galion Middle School, effective October 27, 2014. Salary to be based upon the Custian Payscale for the 2014-2015 school year.

    3.3 Extra-Duty Assignments

    Approve Dave Kirk as Cross Country Volunteer Assistant Coach for the 2014-2015 school year.

    3.4 Administrative Bonuses

    Approve administrative bonuses as proposed.
