    6. SUPERINTENDENT'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    Approve the employment of the following personnel contingent upon subsequent receipt by the Board of a satisfactory criminal record check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Federal Bureau of Investigation as required by law and applicable state certification:


    6.1 Certified - Resignation

    Accept the resignation of Kyle C. Burris, High School Intervention Specialist, effective at the conclusion of his 2013-2014 contractual school year.


    6.2 Certified

    Approve the employment of Brittany N. Hardman as Intervention Specialist at the Galion Middle School. Salary to be based upon the Teachers' Salary Schedule for the 2014-2015 school year.

    Approve the employment of Violeta Chinni as French Teacher at the Galion High School. Salary to be based upon the Teachers' Salary Schedule for the 2014-2015 school year.


    6.3 Extra-Duty Assignments for 2014-2015

    Approve the following Extra-Duty Assignments for the 2014-2015 school year:

    Michelle Harmon, Senior High Cheerleading Advisor (Fall)

    Marci Wheeler, Freshman Cheerleading Advisor


    6.4 District and Building Leadership Team

    Approve the following as Building Leadership Team members for the 2014-2015 school year for the Galion Intermediate School to be paid the hourly contractual rate of $20.00 per hour from Grant funds:

    7. AGREEMENTS

    7.1 Shared Services Agreement - Transportation Director

    Approve the Shared Services Agreement with Ontario Schools in regards to the Transportation Director's position.


    7.2 MOU - Teacher Evaluation

    Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Galion Education Association regarding OTES.


    7.3 Nursing Agreement

    Approve a nursing agreement with the Galion Department of Health for school nursing services.


    7.4 MOESC Treasurer Search Services

    Approve a contract with Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center to conduct the Galion City School District's Treasurer Search. Contract to include services for job posting, application review, first round interviews, and reference check on finalist not to exceed the amount of $2,000.00.


    7.5 ADDENDUM ITEM - North Central Ohio Educational Service Center

    Approve the 2014-2015 school year services contract, pursuant to ORC 3313.845 with North Central Ohio Educational Service Center to include services at the cost of $286,823.49.


    8. TREASURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    8.1 Job Description - 2nd Read

    Approve the second read of new job descriptions for positions in the Treasurer's Department.


    9. CURRICULUM REVISIONS

    Approve the following Teachers for completing curriculum revisions. When complete they will receive $200.00 each from the Race to the Top grant:
